This is a cardiovascular risk calculator designed to give an estimate of 5 year risk in a person who has not yet had a cardiovascular event.

This is similar to the Framingham cardiovascular risk calculator for primary prevention, but is a regression model from data of 400,000 patients in New Zealand.

It is taken from the model published in Lancet, 2018; 391(10133):1897-907.
